You can return the products you ordered from rozpinto.shop within 14 days from the date of delivery to you or the person/organization at the address you provide, provided that they are unused and the original packaging is undamaged. After preparing the product to be returned, unused and with undamaged packaging, we kindly ask you to inform us and send it to sales@rozpinto.shop. The product must be returned within 10 days after notification. The cost of shipping the product for return belongs to rozpinto.shop.
